Campus Announcements Summer hours coming to a close
Summer office hours (7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. with a half-hour lunch) will continue through Friday, Aug. 24. A return to regular business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with an hour lunch) will begin Monday, Aug. 27. Submitted by Human Resources
Questions welcomed at fall address
As part of his annual fall address, President Gonzalez will respond to questions from the campus community. The question submission form is available at www.csus.edu/president/questions/. Submission will be accepted through Thursday, Aug. 23. Multiple questions with essentially the same topic will be treated as one question.

Construction continues
Sections of Parking Structure III will be closed off for maintenance starting today, Monday, Aug. 20. Work will continue for two weeks.
Site work is underway in Serna Plaza between the new Hornet Bookstore and the University Union. Pedestrians will be rerouted around the construction area.
Roofing work continues at Shasta Hall this week. The building is open during construction.
Chilled water pipe installation will take place this week in front of Shasta Hall. Pedestrians will be rerouted during construction.
Foley Hall demolition is nearing completion, and preparation of the site for the new Student Housing will continue for another month. Submitted by Facilities, Planning and Construction

Catastrophic Leave Donation Program
Sacramento State employees may voluntarily donate to other employees up to a maximum of 16 hours of sick or vacation leave credits each fiscal year in one-hour increments. CSUEU, MPP, Unit 4, Unit 6 and Confidential employees may donate up to a maximum of 40 hours per fiscal year.
If employees are interested in donating time, a donation form can be obtained by going to www.csus.edu/hr/forms.stm#Disability, or by visiting the Human Resources, Disability Leaves Office in Sacramento Hall 162, or by calling extension 278-3522.
