Campus Services

Orientation, features informative workshops on campus programs and services. There will also be staff members from specific programs and services available to answer your questions during lunch (including Financial Aid and Veterans Success Center). Orientation Program Fees

Students: $51
Parent/Guest: $46/person

Paying Orientation Fees

Pay online (See CashNet below) OR send a check or money order with a copy of your confirmation page to: New Student Orientation, 6000 J Street, Sacramento, CA 95819-6134. Make Checks payable to Sacramento State. We cannot accept cash or credit card the day of your Orientation. Cash can be accepted at Student Financial Services prior to your Orientation session. To confirm your orientation date, orientation fees are due within five days of placing your reservation.

Please note: Refunds can be given only if you request a cancellation in writing at least two business days in advance of your assigned date. You can email us your written cancellation at orient.reservations@csus.edu. Refunds will be processed once a month. For changes in reservations, call (916) 278-7841.
