Faculty Research Fellows Program
Initiated in the 1994-95 academic year, the Faculty Research Fellows Program is a significant and innovative method linking the California State University's applied research resources with state governmental policy-makers. Liaisons from the State Assembly, Senate and Office of the Governor submit specific research requests to the Center, after which the Center transmits a request for proposals to faculty throughout the CSU system. The Center then reviews the submitted proposals and selects one or more to present to the requesting agency. The Faculty Research Fellows Program and the Center anticipate distribution of a new round of RFPs in the fall.
