Institute for Higher Education Leadership & Policy

The Institute for Higher Education Leadership and Policy aims to enhance leadership and policy for California higher education, with a particular focus on community colleges in recognition of their importance to the state's economic well being.  The Institute engages in policy research on topics such as student financial aid, community college transfer, workforce development, and accountability.  In addition, the Institute co-sponsors a certificate in community college leadership, and is developing masters level curriculum in higher education leadership and policy.
