Director, Assembly Fellowship Program
Pam joined the Center in 2011 after most recently serving as Special Assistant to the Assembly Speaker in the Office of International Relations and Protocol. She has nearly two decades of experience in state and local government.
Previously, Pam was founding staff and Senior Consultant to the Asian Pacific Islander Legislative Caucus, where she provided strategic direction and advised the Caucus on policy and political matters. She has also held the positions of Community and Governmental Relations Manager for Kaiser Permanente - San Jose and Legislative Advocate for Los Angeles County’s Department of Public Social Services.
Pam received a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, San Diego.
