Director, Judicial Administration Fellowship Program
Megan Thorall joined the Center for California Studies in 2008. In 2013, Ms. Thorall became the Director of the Judicial Administration Fellowship Program after spending the last five years at the Center as the Director of the LegiSchool Project. Prior to joining the Center, she was a Legislative Advocate for a lobbying firm in Sacramento, working mostly on healthcare and privacy issues. Additionally, she has a background in grassroots organizing, and has worked on candidate and issue campaigns in Sacramento and the Bay Area. Ms. Thorall holds a Masters Degree in Criminology, Law and Society from UC Irvine and Bachelors Degree in Political Science from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
