Donna Hoenig-Couch,
Associate Director

After spending a year at the California Community College Chancellor’s Office in the areas of fiscal policy and liaison to the Board of Governors, Donna Hoenig-Couch returned to the Center in September 2000. Ms. Hoenig-Couch received a B.A. in Philosophy from U.C. Santa Cruz. After teaching in a rural school on the north coast of California, she returned to the university and earned a Masters in Social Work with a concentration in Policy and Administration from CSUS. She served as a senate fellow and staff member in the Senate Budget Committee, and joined the Center in its early days as Assistant Director.
