Loneliness

Wheat fields, weeds and warm sunlight form my strongest memories of growing up in California's central valley. I returned to these places to take this picture. To me, and to much of the world, Calfornia's agriculture and sunlight are its most widely known characteristics. That is why I feel this picture truly captures the spirit of California.
