Procedure for Fee Payment

SERVICES FOR ALUMNI

To ensure that we can provide excellent career services to CSU Sacramento and CSU System Alumni we offer the following career services packages. Effective, January 5, 2004.

Sacramento State Alumni Basic Career Services package

$45.00

[Eligible: CSU Sacramento Alumni and CSU System Alumni]

Walk-in career counseling
Access to Career Information Library
Access to all job listings
Access to all Career Center sponsored events
Access to all Career Center sponsored workshops
Option for career assessments as determined with career counseling assistant
Fast Match
Does not include the On-Campus Recruitment interviews (OCR) function or individual scheduled appointments

Sacramento State Alumni Extended Career Services package

$65.00

[Eligible: CSU Sacramento Alumni]

Includes the Basic Career Services, and

Individual scheduled career counseling appointments (up to 6 per year)
Option for career assessments as determined with career counselor
On-Campus Recruitment Interviews (1st Priority-within one year from date of graduation) Eligible to sign-up two (2) weeks prior to interview date
On-Campus Recruitment Interviews (2nd Priority-beyond one year from date of graduation) Eligible to sign-up for OCR interviews three (3) days prior to interview date

CSU System Alumni package

$75.00

[Eligible: CSU System Alumni]

Includes the Basic Career Services, and

On-Campus Recruitment Interviews (2nd Priority-regardless of graduation date) May sign-up for OCR interviews three (3) days prior to interview date
Does not include individual scheduled appointments

Alumni Evening Services package (5:30pm to 8:00pm)

$75.00

[Eligible: CSU Sacramento Alumni and CSU-System Alumni]

Individual scheduled career counseling evening appointments (up to 13 per semester)
Access to Career Information Library
Access to all job listings on J.O.B Board
Access to all Career Center sponsored events and workshops
Option for career assessment as determines with career counseling assistant
Eligible for OCR - see Extended Career Services package details

Community Members (5:30pm to 8:00pm on Thursdays) Per Each Semester:

$75.00

Individual scheduled career counseling evening appointments (up to 13 per semester)
Access to Career Information Library
Access to all job listings on J.O.B Board
Access to all Career Center sponsored events and workshops
Option for career assessment as determines with career counseling assistant

Eligibility for On-Campus Recruitment (OCR):

California State University, Sacramento Students & Alumni
CSU-System Students and Alumni
On-Campus Recruitment Interviews (1st Priority--within six months from date of graduation)
Eligible to sign-up two (2) weeks prior to interview date. The OCR Orientation Workshop is required to attend
On-Campus Recruitment Interviews (2nd Priority--beyond six months from date of graduation)
Eligible to sign up for OCR interviews three (3) days prior to interview date
Alumni beyond 1 year may be subject to restrictions from some companies that have a new graduate training program policy of 0 to 11 months out

Fees

Annual fees entitle payee to (1) year of Career Center services from date of payment.
Service Upgrade: A Basic Career Services package may be upgraded at any time. The fee is the difference between the Basic and upgraded package. The expiration date of the Basic package is still in effect.

CSU Sacramento Alumni Association Members may deduct $5.00 from the above fee schedule. CSU Sacramento Alumni members must show a CSU-Sacramento Alumni card to qualify.

Procedure for Fee Payment

Request the Alumni Service Fee Form from the reception desk in the Career Center, Lassen Hall 2000.
Show proof of alumni status; i.e., Sacramento State or CSU transcripts, or one of the following: diploma, student ID card, or a grade report.
If you are a member of Sacramento State Alumni Association, show current membership card for a $5.00 discount.
Complete the Alumni Services fee form and present it with your payment to the cashier's office.
Return the receipt copies of the form to the Career Center to obtain an Alumni Service Card, valid for one year from date of purchase.
