The program's mission is to assist students and alumni in interviewing with bona fide organizations from industry, government, and non-profits, offering professional career opportunities requiring a Bachelor's or Master's Degree. Equally, assisting in selecting the most qualified candidates to fill vacant career related positions.

Cooperative Educations (co-op) provides upper division and graduate students with paid, degree-enhancing, professional work experience: and fosters the career development of lower division students.
