Students from all academic majors and class levels, alumni, and community members attend the Career Fairs. This fair is for employers recruiting for full-time, part-time, internship, co-op, or volunteer positions.
Only held in the Spring Semester
The Educator Recruitment Expo will facilitate a connection between school
districts and individuals interested in pursuing employment in the field
of education. School districts, education services, and agencies in
need of qualified credentialed and non-credentialed educators may attend
the Educator Recruitment Expo.
ENGINEERING & COMPUTER SCIENCE CAREER DAY
Only held in the Spring Semester
The Engineering & Computer Science Job Fair is hosted by the College of Engineering and Computer Science Career Services directed by Cici Mattiuzzi. To sign up for an invitation to Career Day 2009 click here.
Students learn the ins and outs of interviewing while dining and discover the importance of small talk and networking.
GOVERNMENT AGENCY EMPLOYMENT FAIR
This fair is open for state, federal, and local government agencies to attend. Students from all academic majors and class levels, alumni, and community members attend the Government Agency Fairs. This fair is for employers recruiting for full-time, part-time, internship, co-op, or volunteer positions.
Students have the chance to improve their interview skills with local employers. The student receives valuable feedback on how to improve their interviewing skills or how to capitalize on their natural talents.
Resume: Extreme Makeover is a drop-in resume clinic for students to have their resume critiqued by local employers. This once-a-semester event connects job seeking students with industry professionals who offer the “inside scoop”on building a successful resume.
