JD/MS or MBA An arrangement between the College of Business Administration (CBA) and the University of Pacific McGeorge School Law allows a student to earn credits towards a Business master's degree and a juris doctor (JD) degree concurrently. Essentially, the CBA accepts up to 9 units taken at McGeorge to fulfill its elective requirements and McGeorge accepts 12 units of CBA graduate courses towards the JD degree, thus reducing the total units required to complete both programs. The CBA's graduate Programs Office has additional information on this program option. |
MS/MBA A student may concurrently earn the MS in Accountancy or the MS in Business Administration (option in Management Information Systems or Taxation) from CSUS and the MBA from CSUS. To earn the MS degree, the catalog requirements for that degree must be met; i.e., Foundation Courses, Program Requirements, Elective and Culminating Experience (30 - 49 units). To concurrently and jointly earn the MBA degree, the student must satisfy the MBA Program Requirements (21 units) and the MBA Culminating Experience (1 - 3 units). Coursework from the MS program can be used to satisfy the nine-unit requirement for Elective Courses. For more information, contact the Graduate Programs Office. |
