Charlotte Chorneau, Assistant Facilitator

Charlotte Chorneau joined the Center in June 2007. In her current capacity as an Assistant Facilitator, Chorneau provides skilled project assistance to her clients including event organization; community outreach; professional writing and editing; presentation planning and delivery; process design and facilitation; and applied research. As the project assistant to the Associate Director, Chorneau works with clients on projects that are statewide in scope such as healthcare reform environmental regulation, climate change and water planning. While working with the Center, Chorneau has lent her skilled support to efforts including the CA Water Plan, the Governor’s Water Use Efficiency 20x2020 Plan, the Telemedicine Optimization Initiative, Delta Vision, Bay Area Water Forum, Census 2010, FloodSAFE and the Central Valley Flood Management Planning Program. Her clients include, Department of Water Resources, State Water Resource Control Board, US Forest Service, Governor’s Office of Planning and Research, California Volunteers Office of the First Lady, California Telemedicine and eHealth Center, Office of Patient Advocate, CA State Parks and Off Highway Vehicles, and Department of Personnel Administration.

Chorneau graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara in June 2007, where she earned her B.A. in History and Communications. Within the History major, Chorneau concentrated and wrote her senior thesis on the History of Environmental Policy.
