Jeannie Holler is Contracts Officer at the Center for Collaborative Policy. Her primary responsibilities at the Center are new public services proposal development, contract development, and administration of all prime contracts and subcontract agreements. Prior to her current role at the Center, she had extensive experience as a Contracting Officer for the Federal Government for multi-million dollar contracts; she has also been a purchasing agent for the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory as well as private firms. Ms. Holler has experience in contract solicitation, proposal evaluation, negotiation, contract awards, administration and financial management. She received her Master’s degree in Procurement and Contract Management from St. Mary’s College.
