CONTRACTING

California State Agencies:

The Center is a unit of California State University, Sacramento and offers the opportunity to provide services to other state agencies through the State of California Interagency Agreement procedure. Refer to Section 3.03 of the California State Contracting Manual, www.dgs.ca.gov/publications, for further details.

Interagency Agreements with the Center are approved and signed by the Contracts / Procurement Services Department of California State University, Sacramento. However, the development of the Interagency Agreement is accomplished directly with the Center.

All Others:

Once a project scope of work and budget are developed, the Center’s Contracts Officer will act as focal point for processing the contract agreement. The Center offers a standard agreement, approved by California State University, Sacramento, as a contracting method. Consideration can be given to client generated standard contract language for either a contract or a purchase order.

Contracts with the Center are approved and signed by the Contracts / Procurement Services Department of California State University, Sacramento. However, the development of the contract is accomplished directly with the Center.
