Ms. Lee facilitates collaborations at the state and local level throughout California. Based in Los Angeles, she also serves as a primary contact for the Center in southern California. She employs facilitation, mediation, strategic planning, visioning, and organization development skills in her design work. Her projects with the Center include issues concerning: public health, public lands, water resources, emergency response and planning, public safety communications, and community arts. She also works with community and church organizations seeking to make organizational changes. She holds a B.S. in environmental studies and a M.S. in environmental health. She resides in Los Angeles with her husband Tod Likpa, CEO and President of Step Up on Second, a mental health organization in Santa Monica and their teen daughter Nia.
