Grace Person is an Associate Facilitator and the Business Development Coordinator for the Center. Her projects include working with federal agencies to conduct assessments and dialogues to develop strategic plans and management plans, and working with various state agencies to develop plans to coordinate response efforts to emergencies throughout the state. As the Business Development Coordinator, her work includes identifying potential projects to pursue and coordinating proposal development. Prior to joining the Center, Grace worked with local government officials in Vermont by providing training and research services, Vermont State legislative officials and tracked legislation and policy issues, and a Colorado community nonprofit to fundraise and disperse grants. Originally from Northern California, Grace has a Bachelor's of Art in Sociology from The Colorado College, and earned a Master of Environmental Law and Policy degree from Vermont Law School. She currently resides in Sacramento, and loves to explore the Sierra foothills and coastal region in her spare time.
