Getting Well and Staying Well
Recreational and intramural activities
In addition to Sac State's intercollegiate sporting events, there are a variety of indoor and outdoor intramural sports, fitness classes and clubs for you to try. For example, there are yoga, cardio kick boxing, hip hop aerobics, boxing boot camp, martial arts classes, skiing, snowboarding, and many other types of classes to keep you healthy and engaged.
Many of Sac State’s recreational and wellness activities take place in and around the WELL, a new, state-of-the-art multipurpose facility. It hosts Campus Recreation, Student Health and Counseling Services, ASI Peak Adventures, a healthy café, and more.
