Fall 2016 Application Deadlines

The Fall 2016 application period is open. Please see the instructions below. The University Graduate School Application is due by February 1, 2016. The Supplemental Program Application Packet is due by February 23, 2016.

Application Procedures

To apply to a Teaching Credentials Program:

  1. Review the Admission Requirements.

  2. Attend a program information session or watch the following videos.

    Single Subject

    Multiple Subject and Special Education

  3. Complete the appropriate supplemental program application and supporting documents (see below).

Drop-in Application Clinics

If you have last minute questions about completing and/or submitting your supplemental credential program application, please "drop-in" on one of the following application clinics anytime during the hours noted below.  Bring an electronic copy (on a flash drive) as well as a hardcopy of your application and supporting documents to the clinic, and advisors will be available to assist you and answer your questions.

Drop-in Application Clinic Dates:

  • Wednesday - January 20, 2016 - 3:00-5:00pm  Eureka Hall, Room 211
  • Tuesday - February 9, 2016 - 2:00-4:00pm  Eureka Hall, Room 215
  • Wednesday - February 10, 2016 - 2:00-4:00pm  Eureka Hall, Room 211

As application periods open, this page will be updated. Not all programs are open for each admission period. Open and closed application periods are noted with the following indicators:

Red dot meaning closed for applications = Currently closed for applications

Green dot meaning open for applications = Currently open for applications
