Areas of Research/Scholarly Activity

His research interests and experience primarily involve use of internet and educational technology in education. His dissertation (1997) focused on Nevada teachers’ use of the internet from 1994-1995. He has many K-12 school related work experiences including; leading the development of the Internet infrastructure development and academic integration at the American Community Schools of Athens, Greece, from 1996-1998; leading San Carlos High School, Arizona, (2001-2002) with the development and integration of network-based technology to support both academic and administrative uses of technology. Dr. Rodriguez has numerous professional presentations and many scholarly articles published from 1992 through 2012.
