For the hearing impaired an interpreter will be provided on stage. For best viewing of the interpreter, we suggest reporting to the Special Services table.

If your family or guests are in need of special seating report to the Special Services table the day of the event for assistance.

Seating for those with special needs or disabilities will be available. Those in need of other special services are asked to call Janice Hayden, (916) 278-4724, at least two weeks before the ceremonies.
