Students who have 85 units or more should apply to graduate, as the application begins the process for review of academic requirements and other important tasks that must be completed before Commencement. Students who apply for graduation once they have reached 85 or more units may be eligible for priority registration.

Students who expect to graduate in Fall semester must apply to graduate by at the latest Feb. 1 that year. Students who expect to graduate in Spring or Summer semesters must apply to graduate at the latest by Oct. 1 in the calendar year prior to graduation.
Example: A student who expects to graduate in Fall 2014 should apply to graduate no later than Feb. 1, 2014. A student who expects to graduate in Spring 2014 should have applied to graduate during the Fall 2013 semester.
The Degree Evaluations Office reviews the courses you have completed and determines the offical status of your progress toward graduation. They are located in Lassen Hall, Room 2000. Drop-in hours are Tuesday and Wednesdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
