for management.

| Qualifications: |
- Intermediate accounting skills; excellent communication skills
(verbal and written); excellent computer skills; excellent analytical
skills; able to communicate and interact effectively with clients
in various settings; able to accept responsibility for decisions;
project experience; graduation date Spring 2004 or later; approved
by academic department for participation in the Co-op Program;
must meet and follow the guidelines for participation in SCEP.
