Welcome to CSU-LSAMP!
The California State University Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation (CSU-LSAMP), with NSF Support, was initiated in 1993 to serve as a comprehensive California State University (CSU) statewide program dedicated to broadening participation in STEM disciplines.
Antonio Toribio, 2007-2008 CSU-LSAMP Scholar, Fresno State UniversityAt the time the Alliance was established, it included 16 campuses of the California State University and was gradually expanded to include all 22 full-service comprehensive universities of the CSU. The only CSU campus that is not included is the California Maritime Academy, which is a unique and specialized campus of the CSU. Hence, this project is truly a comprehensive effort of the CSU, the largest system of public higher education in the world, located in the largest and most diverse State in the Nation.
