Mount the pieces on the same type of board. We prefer black museum board to minimize the weight and prevent dirt marks caused by handling. If you already have mounted the photographs on white board in PHOT 40, we'll accept this exception in the submission, however, all white boards should be sized the same. (view sample)

We prefer to see projects at their original sizes unless a piece is over 20 x 30 inch, then it can be digitized to down the size.
margin
We prefer pieces mounted with a border. It gives us room to handle your pieces. The size of border can vary. Be consistent in your board sizes. (view sample)
flap
Do not wrap the work individually in portfolio. A flap is not preferable, however, if you need to protect your work, make it easy for us to open the flap by taping only one side. (view sample)
