programming, Southern Illinois University Bachelor of Science in Interior Design with a minor in Architectural Building Technology, Southern Illinois University Jim has practiced architectural and interior architecture in Houston and Sacramento, and has worked as a project planner on several large scale civic and institutional planning projects including work as a project planner for the Houston Intercontinental Airport Master Plan and the Lamar University Campus Master Plan. Jim has worked as a designer for many hotel, school, medical, and commercial office building projects. One of Jim's designs here in Sacramento has won a Sacramento CAMMY award for "Best Institutional Building Design" and also won the National IDEC Competition. Now an illustrator of architecture, Jim is a principal of his own private practice in Sacramento specializing in both traditional and digital architectural mediums. |
