The minor in Real Estate and Land Use Affairs is designed to provide students in other fields with the opportunity to broaden their undergraduate education and to acquire specialized skills useful in a wide range of job opportunities.

Risk Management and Insurance
The minor in Risk Management and Insurance is designed for students interested in supplementing their non-business majors with a broad overview of business concepts and specifically with risk management principles and concepts as applied in their various disciplines.
