How can you see the Department of Theatre and Dance productions free?

Volunteer!

Anyone can volunteer. All ushers and concessionaires see the Department of Theatre & Dance's productions for free.

To usher, you must sign up in advance. A sign-up sheet is available in the Shasta Hall Green Room. Instructions as to the usher's duties will be given at that time. Often students who are required to see a certain number of live performances as part of a class requirement, sign up for usher positions in order to see the performances for free and to guarantee seating.

Concessions are handled by the Dramatists Society. A sign-up sheet is available in the Green Room. For further information contact one of the Dramatists Society members.

A limited number of ushers and concessionaires are used for each performance. Early sign up is recommended.
