Econ 145 Petition - This form must be filled out completely (by the STUDENT) before being added to the course. For every semester you attempt ECON 145 - you must submit a NEW form.
Request for an Incomplete - Do not assume that incompletes are automatic. You must have a form on file for the instructor to assign an Incomplete grade.
