Dr. Yan Zhou began teaching at CSU, Sacramento in Fall
2006. Her paper, “International Reserves and Fiscal Policy in Developing
Countries,” has been accepted by the journal Review of International Economics. Recently, Dr. Zhou was interviewed on Fox 40 News to talk
about the consumer price index and the impact of oil price increases on
inflation. She was also interviewed on KOVR-TV regarding President
Bush’s tax cut plan. |

Dr. Zhou was awarded the SSIS/ISR Fellowship
for the Spring 2008 semester.
