If you are submitting an Application for Classification, Petition for Exception, or Advancement to Candidacy form, please be sure to submit the following supporting documents in order to expedite the process. Forms that do no include the following, will not be signed:

1. Photocopy of your G.A.R. (Graduate Admission Recommendation). Click here to view a sample
(You received a carbon of this with the letter from the Graduate Dean accepting you into the program.)

2. Photocopy of any earlier Reclassification Petitions.

3. Photocopy of your transcripts recording your graduate work.
