Feeling Like You Need To Pop?
We have all been there. You have been studying for hours for that huge history test. You feel as if your head could explode any minute from that horrible headache. You can’t sleep or eat because your entire mind is wrapped around all the information you have to know. Concentration seems impossible and yet you have never felt this tired in your life. I am sad to say but you are stressed!
Stress, whether brought on by the countless papers thrown onto us or from all the fun quizzes, tests, midterm and finals that are forced upon us numerous times over our educational career, there is no deny. And we can’t forget all the fun stress from our clubs, sports, friends and family. Trying to manage all these things and still be sane can seem to be an impossible task.
We can sit there and blame it on ourselves and say we didn’t manage our time well or that the professor didn’t give you adequate time. But when it really comes down to it, not all stress is our fault. Even when we do try to practice time management, it seems that there is simply just not enough time in the day. And who was it that decided that it would be a good idea to have students be tested on all the information in their textbook along with every word the professor has uttered over the past five months?

2. Catching z’s can also be a way an unhealthy way to relieve stress. Instead of facing your problems, they are avoided and sleeping constantly occurs. Join a sport or pick up a hobby.

3. Probably one of the most common among college student is drinking. Alcohol is commonly used in order to excape from your troubles and forget all the stressors in your life.
