There are two ways to submit an application for admission: online and by mail. Applications for admission as an undergraduate are available online by visiting the CSU Mentor website at: http://www.csumentor.edu/AdmissionApp. You can also pick up a paper application at any CSU campus or at high schools and community colleges throughout California.
