Summer Bridge Application

Priority Application deadline is Monday November 30, 2009

To assist you in completing your online application form, please follow the steps below.

  1. Retrieve your Sac State I.D. number, before you start your Summer Bridge Application. You will not be able to submit your online application form without your Sac State I.D. number!

  2. Complete the SB application by the priority deadline of November 30, 2009.

    3. Summer Bridge Online Registration Form
    (Make sure you print your confirmation page for your records.)

    arrow_bullet Prospective participants MUST submit an on-line application separate from their EOP application

  3. Register for the EOP ELM/EPT Priority Test Registration Deadlines - November 2009 and January 2010.
