Summer Bridge Application Requirements

In order to be considered for the Summer Bridge Program, students must:

1. Complete the Sac State application through CSU Mentor at www.csusmentor.edu

2. Complete and submit an EOP Application at www.csumentor.edu/Planning/eop/

3. Complete and submit a Summer Bridge on-line application

4. Take the *ELM/EPT placement tests on:
   • November 14, 2009 (priority)
     Registration deadline is October 30, 2009
   • January 16, 2010 (priority)
     Registration deadline is January 1, 2010
   
   *It is strongly recommended that students register for the placement exams as soon as possible to be considered for the EOP Summer Bridge Program. Those students who have completed the exams by November 2009 or January 2010 will be given priority.

   Out of the area students can register at: www.ets.org/csu/
