EOP Transfer Student Application Process

NOTE: EOP at Sacramento State accepts ONLY upper-division transfers from any Los Rios campus and Sierra CC.

STEP 1

Apply for Sac State Admissions. To apply, please go to CSU Mentor website.

STEP 2

EOP Application and Recommendation forms – Submit by November 30th.

You must apply to EOP using a hard copy of the EOP application; you will not be given access to the on-line version as a transfer to EOP at CSUS.

You can use CSUMentor to apply to CSUS but NOT EOP. Please download the EOP application at the following link: 2011-12 EOP application.

STEP 3

Meet with your EOP & S Coordinator. They must complete one Recommendation form, they will mail or fax directly to EOP at CSUS. The second Recommendation form can be completed by another faculty member.

EOP will notify you via e-mail of your admissions decision 1-2 weeks AFTER the University makes the admission decision. You must be admitted by the University prior to being admitted to EOP. All correspondence will be electronic and will be sent to the e-mail address you listed on your CSU Admission application.
