Foreign Language "Proficiency Test - Languages other than Spanish" Evaluation Form (pdf) **
Students use this form to test out of a language in which they have proficiency, instead of taking classes.

Foreign Language "Proficiency Test - SPANISH only - Test Registration Form" Form (pdf) **
Students use this form to sign up for the group test in Spanish, to test out of this language if they have proficiency, instead of taking classes.

Foreign Language Fall 2009 "Add Permit" Form (pdf) (first 2 weeks of semester ONLY)
Students can DROP classes on their own, in MySacState during the first 2 weeks of the semester
