A working knowledge of Japanese is an increasingly important tool in the world of international business and foreign affairs. CSUS offers a Minor degree program in the Japanese language. Course work in Japanese may be applied toward other specially designed minors and majors, such as Asian Studies, Anthropology, Humanities, International Business, and International Affairs. Spring 2007 courses: Elementary Japanese, JAPN 001B (3 sections); Second Year Japanese, JAPN002B; 3rd Year Japanese, JAPN150; Japanese civilization, JAPN120 (in English) JAPN150 & JAPN120 are approved courses for Japanese Minor
