• Two Government Scholarship opportunities from Japan Information Center.
  The first is a Japanese Language Studies for undergraduate students and the Second one is a Teachers - Training students .
  1. 2007 Japanese Government Scholarship for JAPANESE LANGUAGE STUDIES Study at a Japanese university for one year. Tuition, Housing and Air Tickets Provided!  The Japanese government is now offering one-year scholarships in Japan to currently enrolled undergraduate students majoring in Japanese language or Japanese culture.   2. THE 2007 JAPANESE GOVERNMENT SCHOLARSHIP for Teachers - Training Students
  The Japanese government is offering scholarships to Americans who wish to conduct research on school education at Japanese universities.  You have to be a graduate of a university or a teacher-training school and have worked as a teacher of an elementary or secondary educational institution or a teacher-training school in the United States for at least five years in total as of April 1, 2007.
