The course marked by ＊ is offered as a part of “Distributed Synchronous Language Learning,” one of the CSU initiatives on Transforming Course Design Initiative Projects. This project aims to develop model language learning courses between CSU campuses using synchronous and asynchronous delivery modes via internet technologies. It also seeks to enhance and strengthen existing programs in order to maximize cost effectiveness and enrollments for Strategic and Less Commonly Taught Languages.
