For Spanish testing only

The Spanish Proficiency Exam is given in a group setting, once per semester. 
Dates will be announced mid-semester and registration will be accepted.  Space is limited. 
There is a $5 fee per exam (see section 3 below).

Section 1:  Instructions to Students

• This form is for Spanish proficiency testing only.  All other languages must use a separate form available in the department office or online.
• Take this form to the Cashier’s counter (Financial Services) in Lassen Hall to make your payment.  Refunds will not be issued.
• Financial Services will stamp this form and also give you a separate receipt.
• Return the stamped form to the Foreign Language Department, Mariposa Hall room 2051.  Your name will be added to the registration list. 
• Keep the other receipt with you and bring it to your testing date.
