Program Eligibility Requirements

Faculty Student Mentor Program

	Must meet the following requirements:
	Complete and submit FSMP application or contact Faculty Mentors/College Coordinators in your college or department.
	Be from one or both low-income and/or first-generation to attend college background.
	(Priority will be given to this population. Other students who need services may be considered.)
	Be willing to comply with all the policies and procedures of the FSMP
	Be enrolled at Sacramento State.
