Must meet the following requirements:

    Complete and submit FSMP application

    Be from one or both low-income and/or first-generation to        attend college background.

       (Priority will be given to this population. Other students who        need services may be considered.)

    Be a freshmen, sophomore, junior or new transfer student

    Be willing to comply with all the policies and procedures of the        FSMP
