Corporate and Foundation Relations
The goal of the Office of Corporate and Foundation Relations is to assist in the creation and development of mutually favorable relationships with corporations, foundations, and other philanthropic organizations.
The office provides long-term, strategic planning for the University’s corporate and foundation relationships. The staff, along with the academic unit advancement officers, are involved in the following activities on behalf of the University:

Pursue specific interests, extend inquiries, and explore partnership opportunities on behalf of the University.

Create broad-based, long-term strategic alliances and partnerships with corporations to share resources to meet goals common to each organization.

Manage and build relationships with corporations and foundations by providing central coordination of the areas of corporate interest on campus.

Cultivate new relationships with companies and foundations, helping them become familiar with the many activities, assets, and functions of the University.
- Establish guidelines, policies, and systems to coordinate the flow of information between corporations and foundations and the colleges, schools, research units, and administrative offices at Sacramento State.
