Ways to Give
Successful societies have a well-rounded citizenry, one that encourages creative expression, that thinks critically and communicates effectively, that has a healthy regard for new ideas as well as for the lessons of the past. The College of Arts and Letters plays a key role in providing that balance in the lives of Northern Californians.
In addition to contributing to the development and appreciation of the visual and performing arts scene in northern California, the College offers a strong base in the humanities—philosophy, history, literature, languages— encouraging students to expand how they see the world around them.
Private support for the College will enable us to provide optimal educational experiences and opportunities to not only Arts and Letters majors, but all Sacramento State students, ensuring that we graduate students who are ready to be not only good employees and good leaders, but also good global citizens.
You can give the gift of education by supporting:
- The Dean's Leadership Circle, which allows Dean Edward Inch to fund emerging needs or unique opportunities
- Equipment contributions to assist the Departments of Music and Theatre & Dance
- Underwriting faculty development to attend national conferences, support research initiatives and present documented work
- Programs throughout the College benefit from annual designated gifts, corporate or foundation funding, or through planned gifts
-
Endowed funds that offer programs and scholarships sustainable support
