College of Health and Human Services
Caring for the community
Impact of Giving
In 2011, Sacramento State launched a campaign to raise more than $1.8 million for the School of Nursing and its new facilities in Folsom Hall.
Ways to Give
The College of Health and Human Services prepares students to become vital components of the community. Ours are the “helping” professions that look after the health and safety of the region—nurses, physical therapists, social workers, law enforcement. And the impact is felt long before they pick up their diplomas. Through service programs and internships, our students not only meet essential regional needs but gain bonus experience beyond the classroom that contributes workplace readiness to their education.
You can give the gift of education by supporting:
-
The Dean's Leadership Circle, which allows Dean Fred Baldini to fund emerging needs or unique opportunities
-
Programs throughout the College benefit from annual designated gifts, corporate or foundation funding, or through planned gifts
-
Endowed funds that offer programs and scholarships sustainable support
