Brief Biography:
Professor Cox specializes in American institutions and public policy.  He is the author of the book Reviewing Delegation: An Analysis of the Congressional Reauthorization Process (Westport, CN: Praeger Press, 2004). He has also published articles in the American Political Science Review, American Journal of Political Science and Social Science Quarterly. 

Areas of research and interests:
