Environmental Research Scholarship Program
Offered through the Environmental Research and Education Foundation, this program recognizes excellence in master's (up to $5,000 per year for two years) and doctoral and postdoctoral (up to $12,000 per year for three years) waste management research and education. Recipients are chosen based on academic performance, professional experience, relevance of one's work to the advancement of solid waste management science, and potential for success.

Graduate and Postgraduate Scholarships
Offered through the Norwegian Embassy and Consulate, this program provides a number of graduate, postgraduate and postdoctorate scholarships for Norwegians and Americans who want to study and do research while maintaining the relationship that exists between the two countries. Award amounts vary.
