GUIDELINES FOR STUDENTS APPLYING FROM NEW INDEPENDENT STATES & THE BALTIC REPUBLIC
TOEFL REQUIRED Minimum scores: undergraduate 510 or 180 (computer based test); graduates 550 or 213 (computer based test) some graduate departments require higher scores. four year degree from an accredited university, polytechnic university or institute and possess a Bakalavr Diploma or Diploma Spetsialista. DOCUMENTS: Students must submit official documents directly from their institutions in sealed envelopes. All documents must have a precise word for word official English translation attached to the one in their native language. Graduate applicants must submit official proof of graduation showing the date the degree was awarded. All documents must be submitted in both native language and precise word for word certified English translation directly from the institution to the Office of Graduate Studies, California State University Sacramento 6000 J Street, Sacramento, CA 95819-6112. |
