applying to their programs.
The Graduate Record Examination (GRE) test is
required by the following programs:

The Graduate Management Admission Test ( GMAT )
is required for all Business and Accountancy applicants. Most university
test centers or graduate offices have a supply of registration material. You may also
contact Educational Testing Service in New Jersey at (609) 771-7330 for
registration and general GMAT information, or visit the Graduate Management
Admissions Council web site at www.gmac.com.
All graduate and postbaccalaureate
applicants, regardless of citizenship, whose preparatory education was
principally in a language other than English, must demonstrate
competence in English. Those who do not possess a bachelor's
degree from a postsecondary institution where English is the principal
language of instruction must receive a minimum score of
213 on the
computer-based, 79 on the Internet-based (IBT), or 550 on the paper-based Test
Of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).

department to which you are applying for score requirements. For

Writing Proficiency Exam (WPE) - If you have not
completed the writing proficiency requirement at CSUS or another CSU
campus, you should do so during your first semester. If you have questions
regarding when the writing proficiency exam is offered throughout the

and Counseling - School Psychology applicants may be required to take the California Basic Educational
