GUIDELINES FOR APPLICANTS APPLYING FROM PHILIPPINES
TOEFL: Required
GRADUATES: Students must complete a minimum four year bachelor's degree to be eligible for admission from an accredited university or their degree has awarded by 'Special Order" from the government.
DOCUMENTS: Graduate students must submit the above with an official verification of the degree earned.
All documents must be mailed directly in university sealed envelopes to the Office of Graduate Studies, California State University Sacramento 6000 J Street, Sacramento, CA 95819-6112.
